About Mary Olson-Menzel, Career Futurist

Mary brings 25+ years of experience in successfully coaching individuals to help find the career they always wanted, not the one they thought they needed.

After leaving Corporate America in 2008, Mary has been working in the search and coaching business for the past 10 years, leading business development and strategic initiatives for multiple organizations. She started MVP Executive Search and Development in 2012 and has also managed various consulting and coaching projects for start-ups, private equity firms and their portfolio companies. From 1999-2008 Mary worked for Tribune Company, headquartered in Chicago, where she led a team of 40+ people.  Mary began her early career as a television reporter, also in Illinois.

Mary is also the Chapter Chair and Coaching Facilitator for the Women Presidents Organization. Mary resides with her husband and family in New York and also heads up own her charity called  MVP Yoga for a Cure.
