Mary de Sousa was recruited through a customized executive recruitment process executed by MVP 360 Search team members Kay McCabe, Laura Cassidy, and Kate Winter.
Mary will report directly to the CEO and is responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of CAP’s Sales and Marketing organization. Mary brings over 20 years of complex healthcare experience where she has led international teams in the sales, production, and distribution of medical devices and technology. Most recently, Mary was the President of Contrast Marketing Solutions. Prior to Contrast Marketing, Mary served as Vice President, Sales and Marketing, and VP-General Manager, Healthcare Safety Solutions at Ansell Healthcare. Mary holds a Masters of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Comparative Government and Chinese Studies from Oberlin College.
