Rana Ghahremanpour was recruited through a customized executive recruitment process executed by MVP team members Kate Winter, Laura Cassidy, and Kay McCabe.
Rana will report directly to the Managing Director of Digital Strategy and is responsible for building and leading a high-performance, outcome-driven marketing team to deliver on business goals. The role will engage with Sales, Editorial, Product Management, Technology, and Customer Service, as well as across the Harvard community, global partners, and customers.
Rana brings 15+ years of experience in marketing strategy and analysis, as well as executing demand-generated programs across digital channels. Most recently, Rana was an independent consultant and previously Vice President, Director, strategy for BEAM Interactive & Relationship Marketing. Rana has an MBA, from Wharton, an MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, and a BS from the University of Tehran.
