Peter was recruited through a customized, 360 executive recruitment process executed by MVP 360 Search team members Kay McCabe, Laura Cassidy, and Kate Winter.
Peter will report directly to the CEO with responsibilities including federal, state, and local compliance, talent management – acquisition, engagement, and retention, leadership and team development, employee relations, business ethics and code of conduct, and organizational health/corporate culture. In addition Peter will serve as a member of the Executive, Senior Management, and Strategic Planning teams.
Peter is an accomplished HR leader with extensive strategic and day-to-day operational experience across the HR spectrum including Talent, Employee Relations & Engagement, Culture & Change Management, Benefits & Compensation, Learning & Leadership Development, HR Technology, Performance Management, and HR Administration activities. Peter’s experience spans financial services, technology, manufacturing, professional services, and not-for-profit industries with U.S. and international based locations including Asia, South America, and the UK.
Peter holds a MBA in Organizational Development & Accounting from Benedictine University and a BBA in Human Resources from the University of Iowa.
