PLACE AND RETAIN – As the candidate slate narrows and the ideal candidates emerge, MVP 360 Search introduces our secret sauce. Working with the stakeholders and candidates, we begin to build the coaching plan to assure retention. Our success rate is enhanced by the diligence in creating the retention process on the back-end of the assignment.
